RETURN POLICY
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:
Approval Required: All returns are subject to approval by West Home management.
Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 48 hours of the original purchase or delivery date.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and documentation. Items showing wear and tear may be denied.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, clearance items/floor models, gift cards, and "as-is" items are not eligible for return.
RETURN PROCESS:
Submit a Request: Contact us at (530) 446-6035, hello@westhomeco.com, or visit our store. Provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Inspection: Approved returns are inspected to confirm eligibility.
Delivery Fee: If unable to bring the item to the store, delivery fees for pickup will apply.
MATTRESS COMFORT GUARANTEE:
30-Day Comfort Guarantee: Mattresses come with a 30-day, one-time comfort guarantee. If you are not satisfied, we will provide a mattress of equal or greater value to ensure your comfort.
MEASURING AND FIT POLICY:
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to measure entryways, staircases, and spaces before purchase.
No Responsibility for Fit Issues: West Home is not liable for items not fitting intended spaces.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
Non-Refundable Deposit: Special orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase.
Cancellation Policy: If canceled, the deposit will be retained as a restocking fee.
